I had to reset my personal computer and as a result lost my apps. I'm trying to get the actual software to configure the mouse since I no longer have the original packaging or the card.

Software works well enough but definitely needs to see some work put into it. My main gripes are that you cannot change the color of the scroll wheel to match the rest of the mouse if you wish to change the color, macros seem to have a fixed minimum 1ms delay for entering characters which makes using macros with this program slow and tedious compared to the instant text entering most other programs utilize. Also in the macro department is a distinct lack of a "repeat macro while button is held" option. another welcome addition would be the ability to bind mouse buttons 4 and above. Honestly i'd change it myself but I have no idea how to program anything. might move to the razer variant because of this as it has been almost a year without a single change to the programming.

Been using tha same software for 2 years, and everything you say is not an actual issue, you must have the wrong version.
